Mission Statement
The Youth Council of the St. Charles County Workforce Investment Board is a community partnership dedicated to promoting, building, and enhancing opportunities for youth to succeed in the work place.

 

 

Purpose

 

 

The St. Charles County Youth Council works in collaboration with ABLE to:

* Provide community awareness of youth programs.

* Broaden youth employment and training opportunities in the community.

* Develop collaborations with other youth serving organizations in the

   community.

* Impact youth through delivery of programs and educational services.
